What is Digital Signature Class-III?
Digital Signature Class-III is a mathematical technique that validates the authenticity and integrity of a message, software, or digital document. Digital Signature is equal to handwritten signature or stamp seal, but it resolves the problem of tampering and cloning in digital communications. Digital Signature provides additional assurance of electronic documents, transgenes or messages, proof of identity and status, as well as acceptance of informed consent by the signer (signatory). Digital Signature is a cryptographic value that is calculated from the data and a secret key that is known only by the signer.
Why Digital Signature is needed?
MESSAGE AUTHENTICATION :- When the Verifier allows Digital Signature to validate with the Sender key public key, it is convinced that the signature only has been created by the sensor.
CUTS COSTS :- Paper and printing can be expensive. Digital Signature can save money by reducing paper waste. This will not only reduce the cost of printing, but also the actual procurement of config files and the cost related to processing will also be lower. It also helps in reducing environmental waste, because you are not using courier mail to send the documentation.
IMPROVE DIGITAL WORKFLOW & SAVE TIME :- Occasionally it takes several days to get the document. The documents can be sent anytime from digital signature immediately. It saves a lot of time.
